Bagels are so satisfying. We just have to know what to put on them. If you love bagels, you know what I mean. Bagel lovers will eat them with no topping. If you haven't tried bagels yet, what are you waiting for? Most loaf breads are too soft for me to enjoy.

Bagels give you a good chew , if you know what I mean. The outside is crisp and the inside is a dough with substance, not to light and with body. I was introduced to bagels years ago and I fell in love with them.

New York State has the real bagels unless you make them at home and that was where I was introduced to them. Zabar's bagels located in NYC was my favorite place to purchase my bagels.

The best bagels are made that same day that you purchase them from your bakery. It is very hard to find a packaged bagel that has the taste of a real bagel.

I also love bagels and look forward to trying these delicious open-faced sandwiches. It's difficult to find smoked salmon here, but we have the cream cheese, capers, tomatoes, etc. so I can still make a beautifully topped bagel. Thank you for this delicious idea! Voted up and shared.

Hi there CarNoobz, it is very hard to find the authentic boiled and baked bagels. I also have bought other bagels trying to find one that that has the texture taste of the original bagels.

Hey those look really good. My mother in law eats bagels almost every day, but they're pretty generic. Not like these. Gotta be freshly baked!
