Baked and Broiled Salmon

Baked and Broiled Salmon

Prep time: 10-15 minutes

Serving: 2-4 person


Ingredients:

1-2 lb plank of salmon fillet (with skin is much better- more tastier)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

salt and ground black pepper to taste

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 pack of Knorr soup mix (French onion mix or Tamarind soup mix)

Dried onions or dried garlic

green onions chopped


Instructions:

- Turn on oven to 350 degrees.

- Rinse salmon and pour lemon juice all over. Spread mayonnaise and sprinkle with pepper and a little bit of salt. Sprinkle dried onions/garlic, and green onions.

- Bake for the first 15-20 minutes then broil for the last 2-3 minutes.


NOTE/TIPS:

If you have a toaster, much better and easier since it is only a small piece.
