Banana smoothie with nuts nutrients
Ingredients:-
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 3 cups milk
- 50g dates
- 30g almonds
- 20g cashew nuts
- 3 bananas
Preparation:-
- Firstly take almonds, dates, cashews in milk for 10 minutes.
- Now mix the dry fruits of milk along with bananas in a mixer.
- Now add any condensed milk into it for sweetness.
- Keep it a side, let it chill with the ice cubes for some more time.
- Now you can pour into glasses, and enjoy the banana nutty smoothie.
