Banana smoothie

Bananas are the most favorite fruit eaten all around the world

Ingredients for Banana smoothie

One banana peeled

1 tsp honey one cup low fat milk or soya milk

1/2 cup yoghurt vallina flavoured

Slice the banana right into large blender cup
Add vanilla
Add 3 to 4 ice cubes (smaller ice cubes are better)
Add milk and vallina yoghurt
blend for about 35 - 45 seconds
pour and enjoy the drink

add the fibre on the peels as they are rich in vitamins and minerals

both kind of bananas could be used yellow or green ripe bananas

bananas are rich in iron and calcium It helps to get rid of constipation and is excellent drink for all

peel one banana and 1/2 apple and add one glass of miilk blend well in mixer with one tablespoon of honey add few almonds peeled (pre soaked ) and 2 to 3 nutmegs sugar may be added if wanted more sweet
