Food pairing
I combined BJ's HopStorm with their delicious spicy Jambalaya. Any types of spicy food goes great with this brew as the abundance of hops and pinch of sweetness helps balance out the spiciness, but keep the bold flavor of the jambalaya.
Added comments
The beer was great and can also be a great additive to any catching up time with friends or family. The only down side I had with the beer was the high intensity of the bitterness it supplied. I recommend only having one or two or your stomach will feel rather full and sour at the same time. Other than that the beer was a wonderful addition to the Jambalaya and a strong one at that.
