Pan Fry Chicken Breast with Green Pepper

Updated on August 3, 2012

A pan fry chicken breast recipe I developed to satisfy my appetite. If you dislike bell pepper, you can substitute bell pepper with purple onion. Enjoy!

Cook Time

Prep time: 10 min
Cook time: 15 min
Ready in: 25 min
Yields: 1 serving

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 to 2 slices chicken breast
  • corn oil/ canola oil
  • adobo
  1. Heat canola oil/corn oil in a pan. When oil begins to smoke, quickly put the chopped bell peppers onto the pan. In 30 seconds to a minute, add the chicken breast(s) to the pan. Pan fry the chicken until it's fully cook. Serve immediately. It's a great side dish or a main dish!
