Pan Fry Chicken Breast with Green Pepper
A pan fry chicken breast recipe I developed to satisfy my appetite. If you dislike bell pepper, you can substitute bell pepper with purple onion. Enjoy!
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 to 2 slices chicken breast
- corn oil/ canola oil
- Heat canola oil/corn oil in a pan. When oil begins to smoke, quickly put the chopped bell peppers onto the pan. In 30 seconds to a minute, add the chicken breast(s) to the pan. Pan fry the chicken until it's fully cook. Serve immediately. It's a great side dish or a main dish!
