Best Autumn Recipies
With the weather getting colder, it's time to look towards warmer foods to fill our bellies. Amazing spices, delicious vegetables, and a world of new recipes to try out and explore! But where to start?
I'll show you!
Here are my personal favorite foods to whip up during the colder months!
Bread
Simple and delicious. Not only is bread so much easier to bake than you'd expect, but having a fresh loaf of bread is the most satisfying feeling ever!
Though there are countless possibilities with bread, here's my favorite recipe for simple white bread that anyone can bake:

Chicken Noodle Soup
Or any soup, really. Zucchini soup? Do it. Pumpkin soup? Go for it. Just want a cup of broth? Same, broth is one of the best parts of soup.
Soup gives such a warm, welcoming feeling. I personally love to make a good batch of chicken noodle on, particularly nippy days. Warmth in my soul and in my tummy!

Pasta
I. Love. Pasta. Well, I really like food in general, but pasta is almost always a yes from me. During autumn, I lean towards a creamy alfredo pasta.
You know the bread I mentioned earlier? You can carve out a bowl and plop your fresh pasta (or soup) into it and eat the bowl afterward! It's a win-win!
Zucchini Chips
A little more specific than the other items on this list, but delicious all the same. I've made this only a handful of times, but each time I ate them all before anyone else could try them. Not only is it healthy, but it's delicious and used little to no ingredients!

Pie
No matter the season, you've gotta have a little sweetness in your life! I feel that pie is a classic for autumn and winter, but it's a classic for a reason. When baked right, the crust is beautiful and just as delicious as the sweet, sweet filling.
I love pie if it wasn't apparent before.
And here is one of my favorite recipes for a warm, freshly baked treat for the entire family to enjoy!

Stew
I know I've already said soup, but stew is a bit different and therefore belongs on the list. That, and I really really like stew separately from soup. So yeah.
It's delicious, perfect for fall, and is full of great veggies!

I, like most people, love to bake during cold months. Whether it be for yourself, friends, or family, I hope you enjoy making these treats and more throughout fall and winter!
