Recipe For Barbecue Sauce
Brown:
1/2 cup chopped onion in
1 tbsp. butter
Add in:
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/4 vinegar
1/4 brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
(optional: dash of hot sauce)
Bring to a gentle boil and stir, cooking until slightly thickened.
