Blackberry Coffee Cake WW 5pts+
Cakes are my weakness. If I can't have cake, then Weight Watchers would not be a "lifestyle" I could maintain.
I made one with blackberries as listed in the recipe. The other I topped with chopped apple and then sprinkled apple pie spice on top. Both were good, but surprisingly enough, I like the blackberry better.

Super Simple Fruited Coffee Cake - Sub any fruit or jam you like.
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp table salt
- 2/3 cup(s) margarine
- 2/3 cup(s) fat-free skim milk
- 2 item(s) egg
- 2 cup(s) blackberries
Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Chop in margarine to form course crumbs, reserve 3/4 cup for crumb topping.
Mix milk and eggs in a seperate bowl and add to flour mixture.
Pour in 9x13 sprayed pan.
Sprinkle fruit over batter and then top with reserved crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
