Broiling Pollock from Frozen
Today, I'm trying Pollock seasoned with old Bay and olive oil then broiled.
Now, we have had this box of fillets for a few months. We have noticed that they are extremely waterlogged when we try to cook them.
We have tried deep frying, but that did not work so well.
10 minutes to start. These Pollock are fairly flimsy, so I will continue broiling them on this side. Plus, they are not flaking yet. Seem rubbery.
Another 10 minutes.
The texture and flavor reminds me of a fried egg.
The fish shrank a lot.
