Broiling Yellowfin Tuna from Frozen
Cook from Frozen
Broiler. Tuna on an foil covered baking pan. Coat with olive oil. Both sides. Sprinkle with a generous amount of old Bay seasoning.
Place under broiler, 10 minutes per side.

The first bite was of good flavor. The texture is somewhat firm. The flesh was starting to form flaking. The seasonings caramelized on the surface of the steak and the spiciness of the Old Bay was definitely a plus.
