I am happy to share another receipe with you. Here I am going to prepare a special cake with carrot. Try it!
Ingredients
1. Finely grated carrots - 1/2kg
2. Maida - 1 kg
3. Egg - 3 nos.
4. Baking soda powder - 2 tsp
5. Refined oil - 500 ml
6. Powdered sugar - 1 ½ kg
7. Vanilla essence - 2 drops
Preparation and Cooking
1. Add powdered sugar to the oil and mix well.
2. Sieve maida and baking soda powder 2 times to get a fine powder.
3. Beat the eggs in the sugar-oil mixture and add the sieved maida-baking soda mixture to it. Mix well.
4. Then add the grated carrots into it and mix well.
5. Add 2 drops of vanilla essence and bake for 45 minutes at 1800C in the oven.
6. Cut the cake into desired shape after cooling and serve.
