The boneless fillets are great for grilling. Here's a simple catfish recipe that just simply explodes with Louisiana flavors. You Will Need For Your Cajun Catfish Recipe
1. 4 Catfish Fillets (boneless, about 6-8 ounces each ).
2. 2-3 Tablespoons Ragin' Cajun Rub this Hub Page.
