The boneless fillets are great for grilling. Here's a simple catfish recipe that just simply explodes with Louisiana flavors. You won't believe how great this catfish tastes and how easy it is to make.
You Will Need For Your Cajun Catfish Recipe
1. 4 Catfish Fillets (boneless, about 6-8 ounces each ).
2. 2-3 Tablespoons Ragin' Cajun Rub this Hub Page.
