Cajun Catfish

It used to be that Catfish was adored in the south and reviled every where else. Thanks to the advent of farm raised catfish this mild sweet fish is sold now just about every where. The boneless fillets are great for grilling. Here's a simple catfish recipe that just simply explodes with Louisiana flavors. You Will Need For Your Cajun Catfish Recipe

1. 4 Catfish Fillets (boneless, about 6-8 ounces each ).

2. 2-3 Tablespoons Ragin'  Cajun Rub this Hub Page.

2. 1/4 Cup Paparika
