Candy Bar Pie

Pies are one of the most awesome desserts ever. This is a one that incorporates milk chocolate candy bars with whipped topping for a delicious and creamy dessert. It is easy and requires minimal cooking. You can prepare it using plain milk chocolate bars or use ones with almonds in it if you like nuts and a little texture in your food.

Cook Time

Prep time: 15 min
Cook time: 15 min
Ready in: 30 min
Yields: 6-8 servings

  • 6 regular size milk chocolate candy bars, I use the ones with almonds, but you don't have to.
  • 1 prepared pie crust, chocolate or graham cracker
  • 3 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 8 oz tub whipped topping

Candy Bar Pie

  1. Melt butter or margarine in a medium size sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. Add 5 3/4 candy bars to the melted butter and melt over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove chocolate and butter mixture from the heat and add 3/4 of the whipped topping. Mix together well.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Place the pie into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to cool.
  6. Then top with the remaining whipped topping and candy bar pieces crumbled or shaved. Chill for another 30 minutes. Then enjoy.
