Cheese & Pasta Casserole

Ingredients

2 cups of almost cooked pasta, any kind, (2 minutes shy of being cooked)

2 tbsp of melted butter

1/4 cup of chopped green onions

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

2/4 cup milk

2 cups shredded cheese (sharp or old)

2 cups of peas and carrots mix -frozen

bread crumbs or crushed potato chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit . Cook pasta according to directions, 2 minutes before completely cooked, drain. In a large pan, melt butter, saute onion. Add soup, milk and cheese. Sprinkle with bread crumbs or chips. Bake 30 minutes.
