Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Uncle Ben's Rice, Instant Brown Rice
  • 2 Cups Asian Stir Fry Vegetables, Frozen
  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Natural Chicken Meat, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Ginger Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper

Orange Ginger Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Turn your stove on medium high temperature then add your Olive Oil to Wok or 12 inch frying pan.
  2. Add your 2 Cups of Brown Rice, then add in the vegetables.
  3. Add your 1 1/2 Cups of Diced Chicken and season according to taste. But please be mindful that your sauce is seasoned already.
  4. Add your 2 Cups of water then cover pan and let cook for 15 minutes or until rice is firm and there's no more water in the pan.
  5. Stir in your orange ginger sauce and serve hot.
  6. The mandarin oranges are optional.
