Orange Ginger Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Uncle Ben's Rice, Instant Brown Rice
- 2 Cups Asian Stir Fry Vegetables, Frozen
- 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Natural Chicken Meat, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Cups Water
- 1/2 Cup Orange Ginger Sauce
- Salt & Pepper

Orange Ginger Chicken Stir Fry
- Turn your stove on medium high temperature then add your Olive Oil to Wok or 12 inch frying pan.
- Add your 2 Cups of Brown Rice, then add in the vegetables.
- Add your 1 1/2 Cups of Diced Chicken and season according to taste. But please be mindful that your sauce is seasoned already.
- Add your 2 Cups of water then cover pan and let cook for 15 minutes or until rice is firm and there's no more water in the pan.
- Stir in your orange ginger sauce and serve hot.
- The mandarin oranges are optional.
