Chipotle Dipping Sauce

Cast your vote for Chipotle Dipping Sauce

I came across Chipotle Sauce when my husband and I went to a restuarant and ordered fried pickles. The pickles were very good but we were addicted to the sauce. I had to remake it at home and we've used it for so many things.

It is a great alternative for plain maynaise on chicken sandwiches and burgers. We've used it as a dip for fried gator. (I live in Florida, fried gator is a delicacy here) I've even used it for chips.

The possibilities are endless.

You can find the Chipotle sauce in the hispancic section of your local grocery store. It comes in a small can. It is actually a can of actual chipotle chilles. I only use the adobo sauce that the chilles are in. If you want a very spicy sauce, chop up the chilles and add to recipe.
