Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients for Brownie

  • 6 ounces Butter
  • 6 ounces Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 ounces Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 ounces Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essecce
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 ounces Cooking Chocolate, Melted
  • 1/2 cup Hazelnut, Roasted
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • Ingredients for Icing:
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup Icing Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • Ingredients for Ganache:
  • 4 ounces Chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Corn Syrup


  1. In a bowl add butter and sugar. Beat them together until they are creamy.
  2. In another bowl, add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Filter them through a sieve.
  3. Now add eggs, vanilla essence and melted chocolate to the butter and sugar. Beat them together to form a liquid mixture.
  4. Fold in the dry ingredients in the liquid mixture. Mix them properly making sure no lumps are formed.
  5. Add walnuts and hazelnuts to the mixture and mix it.
  6. Pour the entire mixture in a non-stick baking pan. Put it in oven on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Take out the brownies out of oven and let them cool at room temperature.
  8. For Icing: Beat butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder until it form peaks.
  9. For Ganache: In a pan add chocolate, heavy cream and corn syrup. Cook it on low heat until the chocolate is melted.
  10. Now first spread the icing on brownies. Then put chocolate ganache on top of it.
  11. Cut the brownies into squares. Garnish them with white chocolate chips.
