"Chocolate Fudge Chess pie with walnuts"
''Chocolate Fudge Cheese Pie with Walnut''
1 cup chocolate syrup
1 1/2cup toll house chocolate chunks
1 stick butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 tbs. corn meal
2cups can milk
1 cup walnut pieces
1- 9 inch deep dish pie crust or make your own.
Directions to prepare:
In a deep sauce pan, add chocolate syrup, chocolate chunks and butter on medium heat until chunks dissolve. take off heat and put to the side side
In a large bowl add beaten eggs, and sugar, mix well, then add cornmeal. Stir in chocolate mixture in to egg and sugar mixture until blended. Slowly add can milk blending it, until mixed well.
Pour chocolate mixture into pie crust, then sprinkle the walnuts over the top and bake at 350 degrees from 40 to 50 minutes or until solid. insert a tooth pick in the center and if it comes out clean take out of the oven. Let cool for an hour and serve with whip cream.
This is a first time recipe, that I came up with and to be honest, I think it turned out really rich and delicious for the first time. add your whip cream and enjoy a dessert feast good enough for a queen.
