How to make very soft Chocolate Sponge Nuts Cake in Cooker at home

Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cup refined flour
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 spoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 egg
- 1 tablespoon cashew nuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon raisins
Instructions
Preheat the pressure cooker. Add 250 gram salt in the pressure cooker. Place a stand at the bottom of the pressure cooker. Close the lid. Do not use the gasket. Heat on medium flame for 10 minutes until the pressure cooker is nicely heated up.
Add two tablespoon cocoa powder in warm water and mix well.
Beat 3 spoon oil and 1/2 cup sugar with a whisk until it comes together. Add 4 eggs to this mixture and beat again well until the mixture is a bit fluffy.
Half of the cocoa mixture added to this and mix well.
Mix the refined flour,corn flour and baking soda together in a bowl. Now add the flour mixture with cocoa mixture and beat well making sure there are no lumps. Add another half cocoa powder mixture.
Add dry fruits cashew nuts and raisins with the mixture.
Grease a cake pan with oil. Pour the batter into the cake pan. Insert the cake pan into the preheated pressure cooker and close the lid.
Cook for about 35 minutes. Remove from inside the cooker and cool for 30 minutes.
Cool the cake completely. Then cut into pieces and serve it.
