Do you ever feel run down and listless? Well if you do then these chocolate energy bites are the snack for you! Energy is very important because you don't want to just go straight to bed everday especially if you want to lose weight. Try out this super quick and easy recipe to get a boost of energy and the best thing is that you get a little bit of chocolate mixed in! I always liked the taste of chocolate and peanut butter together, if you don't like my ingredients then you can put in your own favorites! Let me know how your energy bites turn out thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do :) Please leave your feedback on what you think below!

1 cup of plain or flavored oatmeal (I like to use vanilla I like how it blends with the flavors)

1/2 cup of low fat peanut butter

1/3 cup of honey

1 cup of coconut flakes

1/2 cup of your favorite nuts (chopped)

1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips

1 teaspoon of vanilla

The first step is simple, mix together all of those yummy ingredients in a large bowl! Make sure they all blend together after that you will want to chill your mixture for 30 minutes or until firm. Form the mixture into 1 inch balls, place balls onto a baking sheet covered with wax paper and put in fridge until cold. Then they are ready to serve! This recipe was short and simple and to the point I hope you enjoyed this recipe and also gives you more energy!
