Loaf Christmas Cake

Company Coming ?

In my family, The Christmas Cake is made during the Christmas season, to have on hand when a visitor stops by. It is unheard of not to have some sweet treat to have on hand to offer the visitor, to enjoy along with a steaming cup of coffee or tea.

I get so many compliments on this cake that I often times will make up a few to give out as gifts. When I do this I usually bake them up in loaf pans . Wrap them up really pretty, add a beautiful bow or tie them with ribbon or cording. Add a pretty tag, and they are then given out to friends and neighbors.

I do hope that you will enjoy this Christmas cake as much as my family, friends and I do. I think you will
