You Might Say That I Am

a “Food Expert.” Anyone who has seen me will yell, amen! Fact is, I really love food. But let’s get honest. I do NOT abuse food. Why? Many reasons, but the main reason is that I respect food because if you respect food as a blessing it will take care of you for years.

And I will tell you right-off, that this recipe is not tough to make. This is why I shy-away from things that are tough to manage and this applies to this recipe, so do not worry. You do not need a diploma from M.I.T. to make it.

I know that you are hungry . . .so we start with:

Tasty Ingredients to Make This Beef Stew:

You will begin the beef stew by using a quarter-cup all-purpose flour followed by one-quarter delicious black pepper and i think that this ingredient gives the stew "that" certain twang. Have two pounds of fresh pot roast and trimmed ahead of time and is cut into three-quarter inch pieces and three tablespoons of vegetable oil and you do not have to worry about the brand.

Go ahead and pour three cups vegetable juice followed by three cups of wonderful beef broth which makes this food item so good. Use two medium sized onions that have been cut into thin slices. This is very important. Add one cup of tasty fresh, thin-sliced celery and you are almost finished.

Add two tablespoons Worcestershire sauce that always goes great. One teaspoon of dried thyme--just one leaf and four red potatoes that you can cut into one-inch cubes. Get ready to drop in four fresh carrots that you have peeled and sliced into quarter-inch pieces on a wooden board, one and a half cups frozen peas

Delicious Instructions

  1. Put flour, black pepper into a big plastic bag; add beef, then seal the big bag and shake it until the ingredients are coated with the flour combination. e pieces are well-coated with the flour mixture.

  2. Have ingredients ready to put n a five or six-quart Dutch oven, maybe iron pot Now heat half of the vegetable oil over m ed.-high temperature and add Add half the beef and cook until browned on all sides.

  3. You will notice that when beef is browned, inserted the beef into the pot. Stir thoroughly, the vegetable juice, beef broth, onion slices, celery, Worcestershire sauce, thyme and bay leaf. Bring ingredients to a boil

  4. Make sure to mix-up potatoes and carrots into stew that you might be noticing that delicious aroma begin to fill the room. Now you can returns\ stew to a boil, reduce heat, cover then cook for an extra 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft to the touch.

  5. Stir in the peas, mix thoroughly and remove bay leaf and serve.

I give you my word that if you have never tried this Tasty Homemade Beef Stew, then you have missed something really tasty. And you will want to make this dish time and time again. The stew, I imagine, just helps winter time to, as it were, melt away.

Bon appetit
