Cooking With Ground Meats
Ground Meat Cooking.
With food being so hard to digest a lot of people are going with ground meats....The main reason for that is ground meats are more easier to digest through your body, speaking about myself as I get older I have notice how hard it is for me to digest food in my body and steak one of my favorite meats takes about one week to leave my body and some times it evens makes me consitpated that's why I am going with ground meats, it's that simple it's better for you, but if you have to have it or you want to use more on a daily basis you want is good and tasty and tht's why I am sharing this with you, If you want to add some pop to your burger or ground meat just follow this simple recipe to add a depth of flavor to your ground meats.
For 1 pound of ground beef, I use angus or kobe beef 80/20 it a better blend to me do the following.
Ground Beef Enchancer
1 pound of ground beef
1/3 cup of worchestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground smoked black pepper
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients mixing well shape your meat into 4 nice patties, then grill, broil aor bake until desired doneness.
The good thing about this simple recipe it can be use for meat loaf, salsbury steaks and even meat balls, and if you don't use beef in your diet you can follow this recipe using chicken, pork, lamb or veal.
If your using ground chicken and following my simple recipe I suggest adding a pinch of tarragon, rosemary or sage to take it to another level.
Using groud pork you can add a pinch of cumin, dill curry powder even some chilies to add extra zest.
If lamb is your choice then you can add some finely chopped apples, a pinch of basil, mint or dill to make this pop.
If veal is your choice you can add cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg to make the ground veal speak flavor.
