Cranberry Pork Gravy
My hubby was interested in pork gravy for over his pork steak and fresh beans.
I noticed a recipe for apple juice gravy on the back of the gravy packet. Since he has a kidney stone at the moment, we felt the cranberry infused pork gravy was the answer to the unasked question.
It was.
Ingredients
- 2 pork gravy packages
- 2/3 cup cranberry juice
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon mrs. dash garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 tablespoon butter
Medium heat. Whisk. Water. Cranberry juice, butter and Mrs. Wages.
Bring to a boil, and boil for at least 3 minutes. If your steak isn't done, keep on the heat. It just gets thicker.
