Updated on February 20, 2019

Perhaps you've had that craving

Perhaps you've had that craving for something a little bit exotic, yet healthy and tasty. It's late, or the weather is bad, and you don't want to drive to a restaurant and wait in line. You don't want to tip for the extra service,or pay for a watered down beverage.

Thankfully, you have a freezer stocked with one of your favorite dishes - teriyaki chicken.

All of the convenience in one dish

Some History

According to online sources, teriyaki refers to any type of meat or fish which is grilled, baked, broiled or prepared with a special sauce made from soy sauce, sugar and rice wine. There are many variations of a teriyaki sauce available today in restaurants and supermarkets. Thought to have developed as early as the 1600's in Japan, the delicacy is enjoyed as a popular dish in the United States. Many people frequent restaurants and have their steak, chicken, or seafood served over rice with vegetables with the delicious gravy.

Convenience and taste in one setting

One of the things that makes the bowl special is the fact that you just have to put it in the microwave and it comes out finished.

You don't have to prepare rice separately or worry about how to cook your vegetables. The meal comes with just the right amount of sauce that is balances the sweet with the salt.

In about five minutes, you have right from your refrigerator to your table, what would take you half an hour in your neighborhood cafe.

Put your feet up, turn on the Netflix and put that napkin on your lap. You are going to experience comfort food at its best.

In conclusion

There are a variety of fast food companies that offer various kinds of meals with an Asian flair out there. Most are either bland or filled with cheap side substitutes. Very few offer the convenience of a bowl.

Crazy Cuizine has some of the most authentic dishes with an Eastern appeal. Try some of their other varieties yourself.
