If you are looking for another delicious recipe and beneficial to your health, here is another favorite dish I love to prepare for my beloved parents while they were still with me here on earth. This favorite dish is known as "Cream Cabbage." This is indeed such a delicious treat for any beloved family member. This is good for your heart and helpful a lot in cancer prevention.
cabbage 3/4 to 1 whole
bacon/ham 1/4 kilo
white onion one large piece
all purpose cream 1 small pack or can
1) cut bacon/ham into very fine pieces
2) cut cabbage into medium pieces
3) cut onion and garlic into small slices
1) Saute onion and garlic in 1/8 butter
2) Add the fine pieces of bacon or ham
3) Pour all purpose cream
4) Add 1/2 cup water
5)Add salt and pepper
6) Cook until it boils
7) Add slices of cabbage
8) simmer until cabbage is cooked well.
This preparation is good for 5 persons. Enjoy your meal.
