This recipe is geared at using apples to scoop up this dip, but truthfully this dip is delicious with grapes, melons, berries, pineapple, whatever fruit you want to use. This is a sweet and creamy dip with lots of flavor.

- 1 8 oz block cream cheese
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 6 oz bag toffee chips
- 4 each red and green apples
- 1 large can pineapple juice
Creamy Apple Dip
- Soften cream cheese in a medium bowl. Stir in both sugars and vanilla and mix together well. Add the toffee bits and mix together more.
- Put in the refrigerator and chill several hours or overnight. Stir it all together prior to serving.
- Slice up the apples. Place them in a large bowl and cover with pineapple juice to prevent them from browning. The apples can soak overnight in pineapple juice if desired.
- Serve dip with apples or any other fruit desired.
