Creamy Chicken Dijon with Herbs

Chicken Dijon

 Who said having healthy food can't taste good, all you need are good products and a nice recipe to follow and your right, So today using some fresh chicken breast and a few basic ingredients were going to make a great tasting Creamy Chicken Dijon in a herb sauce. I know your thinking that this is hard but it's really super simple cooking that's going to make some good and healthy food your friends and family will love.

Creamy Chicken Dijon

A super simple meal  that you can make in under 30 minutes if you want to.


1/2 cup of chicken broth

7 tablespoons of your favorite dijon mustard

1/2 cup of cream cheese spread soften

1 tablespoon of each,parsley, basil, chives,,,,,,,minced

1tablespoon of oil.

4 boneless of chicken breast 5-6 ounces each

1 teaspoon of minced garlic


Combine broth, mustard, cream cheese spread and herbs until well blended, then set aside.

Using a grill panor a nonstick skillet, cook chicken in oil until browned on both sides about 13-15 minutes.

Stir in your mustard sauce and garlic,simmer over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly and flavors are blended

This taste is something you will really love so enjoy!
