Crispy Fried Chicken With Vegetable Noodles

Chicken is the most popular type of meat in Pakistan. Mostly youngsters are great lovers of chicken dishes. Fried chicken or boasted chicken is one of the most wanted dish of Pakistan. In Ramadan, make your iftar menu special by adding the recipe of crispy fried chicken with Vegetable noodles.

Ingredients Of Crispy Fried Chicken:

Ingredients Required for Marinating Chicken:

  • Chicken 1-1/2 kg (with skin and cut it into 8 pieces)
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
  • White Pepper 1-1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Chicken Coating:

  • Plain flour (maida) 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Peprica powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  • Milk 3 tablespoons
  • Water 2 tablespoon
  • Eggs 3 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying


  • Marinate chicken with salt, red chilli powder, garlic powder, cinnamon powder, white pepper and lemon juice.
  • Cover the chicken and put it in the fridge for at least four to five hours or preferably for overnight.
  • For coating: add plain flour, corn flour, peprica powder, garlic powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
  • In another bowl whisk the eggs and add water and milk in it.
  • Now coat the pieces one by one in dry flour mixture then in eggs mixture and then again in dry flour mixture and let stand them for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • In a frying pan, heat oil on medium flame.
  • Fry the chicken pieces on low flame until they become crispy and golden.
  • Serve them with french fries and ketchup.

Ingredients Of Vegetable Noodles:

  • Noodles 1 pack(450 grams)
  • Cabbage 1 cup julienne
  • Carrot 1/2 cup julienne
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup julienne
  • Onion 1 medium size sliced
  • Spring onion for garnishing
  • Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon cracked
  • White pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to boil spaghatti


  • Boil noodles as per packet instruction. Drain them and keep them ready.
  • Heat oil and add onion in it and saute it for 3 to 4 minutes then add ginger paste, garlic paste and cook it for a while.
  • Now add cabbage, carrots, capsicum and turn up the heat, stir fry continuously.
  • Add salt, soya sauce, tomato ketchup sugar, vinegar, freshly cracked black pepper, white pepper and sesame oil in the vegetables.
  • Add noodles in the vegetables and toss well to coat the noodles completely.
  • Garnish with the spring onion and serve them hot.

Serve the delicious crispy fried chicken along with the yummy hot vegetable noodles to your family and make your iftar menu special.
