Crock-Pot Beef Roast Can Make Winter Meal Times a Real Treat

I know from experience both as a child and now as an adult that many people love the evening meal as opposed to breakfast and lunch. At least I did. And my mom always had "that" special way of preparing a vast array of delicious foods that just fit whatever season was happening outside.
Her main recipe was Crock-Pot Beef Roast
And here the Tasty Ingredients:
3 to 4 lb. boneless beef roast
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 carrots sliced
3 potatoes peeled, sliced
2 small onions, sliced
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 jar (2 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. water
Instructions:
Brown roast on all sides. Place potatoes, carrots, onion and mushroom soup in the bottom of pot. Add salt, pepper and water. Place roast on top. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours. Serve and I promise that you will enjoy.
