Ingredients for Creamy Ranch Potatoes
- 2 Pounds Red or Yellow Potatoes, Peeled or Unpeeled/Cut into 1" Chunks
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Can Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
- 1 Packet Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix, Dry, Do not Prepare
- 1 Medium Onion, Cut into Chunks
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- Fresh or Dried Parsley, Optional
- Bacon Bits, Optional
Cut Potatoes into 1" chunks
Instructions for Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Potatoes
- Spray your crock pot/slow cooker with cooking spray or slather with olive oil.
- In mixing bowl, combine sour cream, milk, cream of potato soup, ranch dressing packet, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Place potato chunks and sliced onion on bottom of slow cooker.
- Pour sauce over potatoes and onion and cover with lid.
- Cook potatoes on low for 4-5 hours; stirring a few times to prevent sticking or burning.
- Serve potatoes as a side dish with dinner.
- Top potatoes with fresh or dried parsley and/or bacon bits if desired.
