Crockpot Fajitas
Simple fajitas you can make in the crockpot! If you're going to be busy all day and too tired to cook but still want a great tasting home cooked meal for dinner, then put this together in the morning, start it cooking and enjoy some great crockpot fajita's for dinner. If you replace the beef with boneless skinless chicken breast then take a couple hours off the cooking time and still tastes great.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup water
- Roast or brisket
- 1 1/2 cup uncooked pinto beans
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 can ro-tel tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teasppon salt & pepper
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 sliced bell pepper
Instructions
- place it all in slow cooker
- cook on high for 12-13 hours
- Serve with tex mex fixin's on tortillas (cheese, chopped onions and tomatoes, beans, rice, sour cream etc).
