Croissant honey bacon, ham, and cheese roll
Ingredients
1. Croissant Rolls/ Pillsbury
2. Bacon "Just a few strips would work"
3. Honey
4. A few slices of ham " your choice"
5. Single slice of cheese " your choice"
Step one
Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees so it will give it time to warm up. Base the frying pan for the bacon so the bacon will not stick. Take a few tablespoons of honey to the pan. Allow to heat on medium low on the stove and allow a few minutes to heat up. Fry the bacon to your desire, I like mine to be a little crispy and brunt. When finished it should look like something in the picture to the right, hopefully better ;). Make sure you drain the grease a few times, so the bacon does not become to burnt. Allow the bacon to dry on a paper towel to drain excess grease. Then cut into small pieces that will allow you to roll easily in the croissant roll.
Step 2
Then open the packaging for the rolls and peel off the triangle and lay them flat on a surface. Place a small piece of ham, then a small piece of cheese directly towards the top. Then lay the bacon pieces vertically on the cheese. Roll the croissant starting from the top and rolling them to the bottom. Spray a little oil on a flat pan that is safe to be place in the over. Lay the rolls gently on the pan and space them about 2 inches apart from one another. I was able to make 8 rolls out of the packaging from Pillsbury. Place in over and allow them to cook for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
Finished snack
This is a fun quick snack that will fill you up and add something new to the table. It was fun and quick and tasted amazing that left my mouth watering for more. With honey fried bacon it will fill you up quicker and allow you to curve your appetite for awhile.
