How to Make Curry Chicken

This is such an easy recipe that everyone can make. The ingredients are not hard to find either.

I find it best to reheat with the microwave oven with the leftover instead of the stove top because it will burn.

Ingredients:

Chopped Onion - Medium, sautéed with oil.

Potatoes- a few would be good. Cut into cubes and fry with a generous amount of oil.

Chicken Breast - Cut into pieces, marinade with soy sauce, corn starch, salt, white pepper, sesame oil. It is optional to do that but I find it tastier to marinade. Stir fry it and set aside.

A Package of Curry Sauce - I find that this brand works the best. It has mild, medium, and hot. I use the hot one but it is not that hot for me. You can get this from Wal-Mart or Oriental Grocery Stores.

Water per package instruction-I use boiled water.

After you sautéed the onion, fried the potatoes and stir fry the chicken, put all that in a pot. Put the Curry Sauce into the pot. They come in cubes. Pour the boiling water into the pot and mix everything. Boil then low heat. When the chicken is cooked, the curry sauce is ready when it is like gravy! Serve with white rice or noodle. It is a great meal.
