Here's something you may not have ever heard of. And that is Deep Fried Pickles.

Deep Fried Pickles Recipe

The first time I ever heard of these I thought that can't taste good but you know what I was wrong. And before I knew it we were serving several hundred orders of fried pickles a week at the restaurant I was the Chef of in Florida. We offered the pickles two ways. Either dill pickles or sweet pickles. The dill pickles were may favorite but both were delicious.

And again this is really a quick , easy , and really unique recipe that makes a lot of people say wow!. You will see them shake their heads and say deep fried pickles. Now why didn't I think of that.

For your deep fried pickles recipe you will need.

1. 2 Large Egg Yolks.

2. 1 Cup Water.

3. 1/2 Cup Flour.

4. 1 Jar Of either Dill Pickles or Sweet Pickles.

You will want to put your egg yolks and water in your blender and blend very well. Add your flour in a bit at a time until you have it all blended in.

Pour your batter out into a bowl and slice your dill or sweet pickles into very thin slices. Dip your sliced pickles into the batter and then drop them into a 350 degree home deep fryer. Fry them until golden brown. Drain well on paper towels and serve at once with ranch dressing.

And now you know how to make deep fried pickles. So what are you waiting on. Why not go make some deep fried pickles now and let me know how they turn out for you.

Have you ever heard of deep fried pickles. They are delicious. Post your comments , questions or suggestions now.
