Delicious Chocolate Healthshake
Looking for a healthy breakfast that's quick, delicious, and will keep you energized all morning? This healthy protein shake is all of that in one delectable, frothy package.
Here's all you need:
One banana
About a cup and a half of Soymilk (or rice milk/ almond milk)
Two spoon-plopfuls of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
One scoop of (any brand) chocolate flavored protein powder or whey powder (Can be found at any Wal-Mart, Trader Joe's, or other local grocery store).
One tablespoon organic peanut butter
Three or four ice cubes
Put all of your ingredients into your blender, magic bullet, or food processor, and blend until smooth! Then take a sip-- you'll be surprised at how delicious being healthy can be!
