Delicious Yummy Oatmeal Recipe Rained on Me Like a Tasty Blessing
Woke Up And It Just Came To Me!
So I invented a new oatmeal recipe. I just woke up today and I was like oatmeal, and I told my wife let's not make it the usual way. I could already see what I wanted to bite into and visualized the bowl of oatmeal. Some people may call it fate. Others may call it destiny. But I call it insight based on the knowledge from playing in the kitchen with my wife. I call it time and chance and overall I give my thanks to God for all the great abilities we can have. I knew what I wanted and it just seemed like common sense based on knowledge what to create. Overall I thank God for another day, I get to wake up and this morning. I'm going to eat and take good care of this body God allows me to use. I'm thankful for this magnificent mind and life we have. This recipe rained in my heart on me like a blessing. It wasn't even like I was thinking, it was like it just came, and not being lazy I jump up not wanting to miss out on the opportunity and we compelled to check it out. We put the meal together and the outcome was two good sized bowls, one for me and one for my wife. Wow this delicious bowl of oatmeal was great, I must have ate the whole bowl in two minutes.
Cook Time
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In a sauce pan pour 2 and 3/4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add salt to the boiling water.
- Pour oatmeal in the boiling water then add all the other ingredients and stir.
- Takes about 1 to 2 minutes on high heat and make sure the oatmeal is the thickness you like. If to thick add more water and stir.
- If not sweet enough add same ratio of brown and white sugar to the sweetness you like. Then to top it off I like to pour milk on top of my hot oatmeal and eat like that very yummy and delicious tasty cinnamon oatmeal.
