Delicious Sour Cream Cake With Icing
Cake "Bear"
Ingredients for the dough:
400 grams of flour
1 egg
200 grams of sour cream
50 grams of butter
200 grams of sugar
2 teaspoons confectionery baking powder
2 tablespoons of cocoa
Ingredients for Cream:
300 grams of sour cream
200 grams of sugar
Glaze Ingredients:
6 teaspoons of cocoa
8 teaspoons of sugar
50 grams of butter
1 tablespoon of milk
1. Prepare the dough: mix the sour cream with a whisk with sugar and baking powder. Add flour. Knead the dough.
2. Divide the dough into three equal parts. Add cocoa in 2 parts. Lubricate the bottom of the split baking dish (diameter 20 cm) with butter.
Every part of the dough roll by hand and place in a baking dish. Pierce the dough evenly with a fork after laying in the baking dish.
3. Bake the cakes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Cool the finished cakes.
