Dining in, a taste of Greece and Italy at Trinoma Mall

  A Greek inspired restaurant  at Trinoma Mall,  the food is good, and the pasta is extra ordinary. We Went there last Friday October 22, 2010 to celebrate former officemate's Birthday. It was my second time to dine in at Cyma with almost the same group. and Yes I love the food. I was just too excited or hungry(?) that I forgeot to list down names of what we ordered and what I have eaten, But I will try to describe them one by one in the next few capsules.

I called it the "Amazing Pasta" because it looks like an spaghettin but it has a hole in the middle, similar to the Macaroni pasta that we know, but this one is spaghetti like. The pasta is topped by beef bone marrow steak in a very special sauce... reminds me of our Mechado but still it is different

The one that looks like ribs with potato side dish is a lamb.  It tasted good too but I enjoyed the potatoes the most

The last one is my favorite, the triangular shaped bread that looks like a pita or soft taco with a special dip.

We also ordered a vegetable salad, not in the pictures

Just a few walks from Cyma is the Gelatissimo Cafe.  Gelatissimo is also known as the home of Great Gelato or Italian Ice cream. Just a glance at their sumptuous display, even if you are not an ice cream lover, you'll definitely cannot resist the temptation of these Gelatos. The ambiance is also perfect to relax with friends while trying to taste the flavors that tickles your sweet tooth fancies...

I love their version of Yogurts... the combination of Strawberry and Raspberry is perfect you will be surprised you have eaten them all.... Oh my Mario Peso will surely love this delicious but quite expensive Ice cream.

 Two countries in a night is such an experience... I will return for sure.
