There was no special preparation besides slightly thawing the frozen carcass, and washing the outside and one last look for feathers.
Cook in air fryer until its internal temperature is above 140 degrees. My target temperature was 165, but I read somewhere that for better flavor it's best to ease up and stop after 140. I cooked it for about 15 minutes and flipped it over and reset timer for 20 more minutes
Mine was moist and fairly tasty. I did not salt the bird. I did not wrap in bacon. I did dip it in orange ginger sauce which was very good!
