Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies Ever!
Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies Ever!

Homemade cookies in a flash!

You don't have to be a great baker to make these quick and easy peanut butter cookies. There is no rolling or cookie cutting to be done; in-fact it's a very simple process and you more then likely have all the ingredients already! This is why this is a great recipe to keep on hand on those days you want something sweet but fresh out of snacks.

  • 1 cup of Peanut Butter (crunchy or creamy - whatever you prefer!)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Preheat oven to 350° degrees.

In a bowl, stir all ingredients until combined. Shape level tablespoonfuls into balls. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets; flatten with a fork, pressing on one side, then on the other, creating a criss cross look on the cookie. Bake at 350° for 9-10 minutes or until set. Cool for 5 minutes; remove to wire racks.

Silicone baking sheets work great with these cookies.

Using a butter knife, spread a little PB on in the middle of each cookie before baking. Tastes yummy!

Have any left over chocolate bunnies from Easter? Chop them up and throw them in to create chocolate chip peanut butter cookies.

Yield: about 2 dozen

I tried this recipe and I get the best cookies ever - simple, very dense - you only need one to satisfy.

They are the only peanut butter cookies I make - and then I use the tines of a fork to give them that crisscross on top before baking.
