Ingredients

  1. Milk - 500 ml (Double Toned)
  2. Eggs - 2 Nos.
  3. Sugar - 9 Tablespoons
  4. Vanilla Essence - 1 Teaspoon

Preperation

  1. Melt 3 tablespoon sugar with 3 table spoon of water in a metal container with a medium flame.
  2. Wait until it is golden brown to form Caramel. Take out of the flame.
  3. Pour the hot caramel in a flat bottom bowl/mold until it covers the base. Allow it to cool.
  4. Pour 500 ml Milk, 2 Eggs, 6 tablespoon Sugar and 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence into a blender and blend it very well.
  5. Now pour the blended mixture into the bowl/mold over the caramel.
  6. Steam it for 20 minutes in high flame.
  7. Allow the preparation to cool down.
  8. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  9. Put a plate above the mold and turn it upside down.
  10. Serve cold!

      Vry easy to make it.but it takes too much tym.

      Anyway it delicious.
