Yields: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb lean ground beef
- 1 24oz package refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 1 10.75oz can condensed tomato soup
- 2 1/2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash black pepper
Instructions
- Put the ground beef and chopped onion into your large skillet. Cook over medium heat until the onion is tender and the meat has
browned. Drain. Stir in the green beans,
tomato soup, salt, and pepper. Pour the
contents of the skillet into a 2 quart
rectangular or oblong baking dish.
- Use a large spoon to plop mounds of mashed potatoes on top of the beef mixture. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over top of the mashed potatoes.
