Chipotle peppers, and adobo seasoning add a bit of spice to this delightful deviled eggs recipe. These wonderful deviled eggs are easy to prepare, so try them for yourself, and let me know what you think.

Yields: 12 deviled eggs


  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, with shells removed
  • 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 green onion, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp finely chopped chipotle pepper
  • adobo seasoning
  • paprika


  1. Halve the eggs by slicing them lengthwise.
  2. Separate the egg yolks and whites.
  3. In a small bowl mash the egg yolks with a fork.
  4. Mix your mashed egg yolks with sour cream, chopped green onion, and chopped chipotle peppers.
  5. Season the chipotle egg yolk mixture to taste with adobo seasoning.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the egg white halves.
  7. Sprinkle paprika on top of each Chipotle Deviled Egg to garnish. Serve and enjoy!

      Oh I tried these deviled eggs for myself as you suggested, and boy am I glad I did. Hands-down the best deviled eggs I've ever tasted. Simply Delicious. The chipotle peppers add both texture and flavor that takes the basic deviled egg to a whole new level.
