Easy Chocolate Mug Cake
Easy Chocolate Mug Cake
After searching through hundreds of mug cake recipes, I found one that I actually had all of the ingredients for. I had been wanting to try making a mug cake, plus I was craving some chocolate. This is a similar version of that recipe, but with some modification. I think it turned out great, and it ended up being too much for me to eat. I was surprised by how much batter this recipe made. I think you could get away with making it two smaller servings.
One great thing about mug cakes is that you can really make it your own. You can add extra ingredients like nuts or chocolate chips. I served mine with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
I hope you enjoy this recipe and I would love to know if you have any ideas to improve it!
