Easy Meals For Busy Families - Pistachio Pudding Dessert
I prefer to make desserts rather than eat them. Fortunately (or unfortunately), my family are subjected be to be my "guinea pigs" when I'm testing out a new recipe. So far I've not received any complaints about having to taste-test anything or about the recipes themselves. This is a recipe a cousin of mine had passed along to me, saying it was good, easy to make, and I should test it out on my family. They seemed to like it, so I'm passing it along to the rest of you who are busy, but still love to cook. (I apologize for not taking a picture. I will update later with a photo of my completed Dessert).
