Easy Seafood Party Dips Your Guests will Love

When it comes to parties or small gatherings in the home, everyone looks forward to those appetizers consisting of dips and spreads of all kinds. Here you will find the easiest and most satisfying seafood party dips to serve your guests.

1. Easy Shrimp Spread

What You Will Need

1 can of tiny shrimp

1 jar of cocktail sauce (use half)

1 (8 oz.) bar of cream cheese (softened)

Box of crackers (any kind your like)

Directions:

Mix together the shrimp and half a jar of the cocktail sauce in a bowl. Spread the softened cream cheese on a small platter or pie pan about 1/2-inch thick, and pour the shrimp mixture over the cream cheese. Spread it with a knife on the crackers. That's it!

Or for a variation: You can just pour the shrimp mixture on top of the cream cheese block (see photo).

2. Hot Clam Dip

Ingredients:

2 (8 oz.) cans minced clams (with juice)

1 stick of butter

1 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs

1 medium chopped onion

2 cloves of garlic

Box of crackers or chips

Directions:

Saute the onion and garlic in the butter. Add the clams with the liquid and mix well. Add the bread crumbs and mix again to coat. Put mixture in a greased baking pan and bake for 20 minutes in 350° oven. Serve hot with crackers. Delicious!

3. Cold Clam Dip

Ingredients:

1 (8 oz.) can minced clams

6 oz. cream cheese (softened)

dash of Worcestershire sauce

dash of lemon juice

chopped onion (optional)

box of crackers or chips

Directions:

Stir in a little bit of the clam juice with the cream cheese. Add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Add the clams and chill before serving.

4. Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients:

1 (6 oz.) can of fresh crab meat

1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon of minced onion

dash of Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

Box of crackers (any brand)

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a quart casserole dish. Preheat the oven to 350° and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot with crackers.
