Easy And Delicious Spaghetti Noodles Recipe:
When you are hungry in the evening and you are completely fed up of eating heavy food and want some light food to eat, you can cook spaghetti noodles by this recipe to enjoy.
This recipe has very simple ingredients and it's really amazing, how the combination of such simple ingredients can provide such a powerful taste. So, try this recipe once, at least.
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti Noodles 250gms.
- 1 cup cabbage (chopped).
- 1-2 carrot (chopped)
- 2-3 capsicum (chopped)
- 1 cup boneless chicken (small pieces)
- 1 tbsp vinegar.
- 2 tbsp soya sauce.
- 1/2 tsp salt or according to your taste.
- 1 tsp garlic (grated)
- 1 tsp black pepper.
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes.
- 1 tsp cumin powder.
Instructions:
- Boiling water as you required.
- Add 1 tsp salt in it.
- Add 1 tbsp oil.
- Now, add spaghetti noodles.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes on high flame.
- After 8 minutes, strain the noodles by cold water, then set it aside.
- Then, take a stainless steel pot, add 2 tbsp oil in it.
- Add garlic (grated) , and fry for few seconds.
- Then, add chicken.
- Fry on high to medium flame until white in colour.
- Then, add cabbage, carrots and capsicum (chopped)
- Add cumin powder, black pepper, red chili flakes, salt, soya sauce and vinegar, mix it well.
- Now, add spaghetti noodles.
- Then, again add some soya sauce and vinegar so that noodles can be tasty too.
- Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- After 5 minutes, turn off the flame.
