Easy Filled Cupcakes
Make your favorite cake mix into cupcakes. Bake as directed.
Put some of your favorite frosting into a pastry bag with a Round Tube Tip on it. I use a #10 tip.
Stick the Tip down into the middle of the cupcake and squeeze until you see the frosting coming up to the top. After all the cupcakes are filled in this way, change to an Open Star Tip to decorate the tops of the cupcakes with the frosting. Add sprinkles if you like.
For variety, you can use your favorite jam to fill the cupcakes instead of frosting.
Hint: If you have time, freeze the cupcakes before filling and frosting, as they will be easier to work with.
